Jessica Brown
Funding Assistant
Jessica Brown joined the Your Outsource Resource team in
early 2011. Jessica’s attention to
detail and management of timelines quickly moved her from office assistant to
Funding Assistant. As Funding Assistant,
Jessica is responsible for making sure clients’ Funding Packages of instruction
letters and company forms are prepared on-time, accurately and in a format easy
for clients to understand and review.
Jessica is trained in Funding Pro and the WDATS system.
Jessica’s personal experience supporting her family in
dealing with her grandfather’s death and the legal and financial stress that followed
gives her a deep appreciation of making sure a client’s trust is properly
funded. What Jessica enjoys the most
about her job is doing something different every day and constantly learning to
do new things.
Jessica has an Associate’s Degree from the University of
Wisconsin - Baraboo/Sauk County. Jessica
has also water skis professionally. She
performed for 8 years at the Tommy Bartlett Show in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
which is the longest-running ski show in the world. She has also skied in shows in Hassloch,
Germany and in Perth, Western Australia.
Jessica is from La Crosse, Wisconsin and now lives in Tampa, Florida.

Quilla Perkins
Funding Follow-Up Specialist
Quilla Perkins joined the Your Outsource Resource team to bring her 30+ years of professional experience to our funding department. Quilla’s ability to apply consistent, determined follow-up in a pleasant, efficient manner assists our clients in completing the trust funding process. Quilla fills an important role in our business as the person responsible for making sure we receive written confirmation on every asset coordinated with a trust. She works together with clients to help them navigate the maze of automated voice prompts and overwhelming mail from their financial companies until she has confirmed that their trust funding is complete.
Quilla’s personal experience supporting her parents in their
estate planning process, and her ultimate role as Executrix of their estate, gives
her a tremendous respect for the importance of helping a client complete the
details and the follow-up critical to their planning.
Quilla has over 30 years experience in the
telecommunications industry, in both Florida and Texas. She also owned a Bed & Breakfast and an
antique shop in Texas. Quilla now lives
in Tampa, Florida.
